Andererseits kann der Arbeitgeber dieses Ph\u00e4nomen bek\u00e4mpfen, indem er eine Organisationskultur schafft, die darauf abzielt, dass die W\u00fcrde aller Mitarbeiter geachtet wird, damit sie sich am Arbeitsplatz psychisch und physisch wohl f\u00fchlen.\u00a0<\/p><h2 data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"826\"><strong data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"826\">Was ist Mobbing?<\/strong><\/h2><p>Das Wort \"Mobbing\" stammt von dem englischen Verb \"to mob\", was so viel wie \"angreifen\" bedeutet.
