Anstatt mich zu beeilen, entschied ich mich, ihm zuzuh\u00f6ren, nicht weil ich wusste, dass es das Richtige war, weil er es uns in der Schulung beigebracht hatte, sondern weil ich nicht wusste, was ich sagen sollte. Er erz\u00e4hlte mir von seinem ganzen Leben, von seinem Beruf als Lehrer, von seinem Enkel. Am Ende bedankte er sich nicht nur daf\u00fcr, dass ich ihm eine L\u00f6sung angeboten hatte, die auf seine Bed\u00fcrfnisse zugeschnitten war, sondern auch daf\u00fcr, dass ich ihm zugeh\u00f6rt hatte.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Da wurde mir klar, dass die Menschen manchmal eher VERBINDUNG als L\u00d6SUNG brauchen.<\/em><\/p><h3><strong>Kontinuierliche Transformation<\/strong><\/h3><p>Der Beruf des Handelsvertreters ist nicht nur ein Job. Es ist eine st\u00e4ndige Interaktion mit der Menschheit.
