Requirements:
- University graduate in an economic field (preferably accounting);
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Good accounting skills;
- Good communication skills and proactive person;
- Self-motivated and positive attitude;
- Analytical and logical thinking;
- Accuracy, punctuality, diligence, ability to work in a small team;
- Very good knowledge of Excel;
Your role:
- Prepares, verifies and archives primary documents (invoices from suppliers, bank statements, receipts, other documents);
- Review and record in the accounting system all documents received from our partners;
- Check the accuracy of the records made;
- Prepare the necessary monthly accounting reports;
- Archive accounting documents (physical and electronic);
- Ensures fiscal compliance for assigned tasks;
- Other specific operations related to accounting.
