We are looking for a high energy Relationship Manager with relevant B2B and project management experience, who will identify and develop business opportunities consistent with Optimas long-term strategic goals.
The candidate will have access to business knowledge and will have 100% support from business operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies, evaluates, and generates new business opportunities.
- Generates new leads and develops a robust client base, through fostering win-win networking relationships and also hunting.
- Optimizes existing projects' commercial terms.
- Develops customized offers that will differentiate Optima, which will provide the best "value for money" to clients.
- Manages incoming RFPs and related processes end2end, while working effectively with other departments such as Legal, Finance, DPO, Operations etc
- Supports departmental strategic planning efforts, including areas such as marketing, business optimization, budget planning.
- Advises with executive leadership and provides expertise in business development strategies for Optima.
- Stays up to date with market and competition, attends relevant events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Direct and recent experience (min 2 years) in a B2B sales role, with BPO experience as a strong plus
- Solid analytical skills in transposing marketing and finance data into sales proposals
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Able to work independently as well as within teams
- Attention to detail and results driven attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good English level
