Key Responsibilities:
- Volume Recruitment: Manage and execute high-volume recruitment processes efficiently.
- SourcingDevelop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- ScreeningConduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Hunting:
- InterviewingScheduling and conducting interviews, providing a positive candidate experience.
- OnboardingAssist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- ReportingMaintain and report on recruitment metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer ManagementWork closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
- Employer BrandingPromote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
Qualifications:
- EducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- ExperienceMinimum of 2-3 years in high-volume recruitment, preferably in the BPO and offshore call center industries.
