Key Responsibilities:

  • Volume Recruitment: Manage and execute high-volume recruitment processes efficiently.
  • SourcingDevelop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • ScreeningConduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Hunting:
  • InterviewingScheduling and conducting interviews, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • OnboardingAssist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • ReportingMaintain and report on recruitment metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer ManagementWork closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
  • Employer BrandingPromote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.

Qualifications:

  • EducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • ExperienceMinimum of 2-3 years in high-volume recruitment, preferably in the BPO and offshore call center industries.

  • Language SkillsAdvanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
