Role description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of the HR function with a focus on volume recruiting.

You will work alongside our HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience and support recruitment needs

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection: Managing the entire recruitment process for volume positions, including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening CVs, organizing and conducting interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Process Coordination: Work with department managers to understand recruitment requirements and ensure that positions are filled in a timely manner.
HR Administration: Participation in HR administrative activities, including managing employee documentation, updating databases and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Internal support: Providing support to employees on day-to-day HR issues and handling their requests and questions.
HR Projects: Participation in HR projects and initiatives, such as on-boarding programs and performance appraisals.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year-3 years experience in volume recruitment or in a similar HR role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, management or relevant field.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge: familiarity with recruitment and selection techniques as well as minimum competencies in labor legislation
Skills:
