{"id":8820,"date":"2024-08-07T11:35:14","date_gmt":"2024-08-07T09:35:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/optimacall.ro\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=8820"},"modified":"2024-11-04T14:36:57","modified_gmt":"2024-11-04T12:36:57","slug":"relationship-manager","status":"expired","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/optimacall.ro\/en","title":{"rendered":"Relationship Manager B2B"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a high energy <strong>Relationship Manager with relevant B2B<\/strong> and project management experience, who will identify and develop business opportunities consistent with <a href=\"https:\/\/optimacall.ro\/en\/optimal-social\/\">Optima<\/a>s long-term strategic goals.<\/p>\n<p>The candidate will have access to business knowledge and will have 100% support from business operations team.<\/p>\n<p>As a company we focus on team collaboration and making strategic decisions in a fast-working environment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>- Identifies, evaluates, and generates new business opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>- Generates new leads and develops a robust client base, through fostering win-win networking relationships and also hunting.<\/p>\n<p>- Optimizes existing projects' commercial terms.<\/p>\n<p>- Develops customized offers that will differentiate Optima, which will provide the best \"value for money\" to clients.<\/p>\n<p>- Manages incoming RFPs and related processes end2end, while working effectively with other departments such as Legal, Finance, DPO, Operations etc<\/p>\n<p>- Supports departmental strategic planning efforts, including areas such as marketing, business optimization, budget planning.<\/p>\n<p>- Advises with executive leadership and provides expertise in business development strategies for Optima.<\/p>\n<p>- Stays up to date with market and competition, attends relevant events.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>- Bachelor's degree or higher<\/p>\n<p>- Direct and recent experience (min 2 years) in a B2B sales role, with BPO experience as a strong plus<\/p>\n<p>- Solid analytical skills in transposing marketing and finance data into sales proposals<\/p>\n<p>- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills<\/p>\n<p>- Able to work independently as well as within teams<\/p>\n<p>- Attention to detail and results driven attitude<\/p>\n<p>- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/p>\n<p>- Very good English level<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>- Access to learning and development programs<\/p>\n<p>- Hybrid work environment<\/p>\n<p>- Additional vacation days<\/p>\n<p>- Private prestigious medical subscription<\/p>\n<p>- Optima library<\/p>\n<p>- Great internal contests and company events<\/p>\n<p>-7Card benefit<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a high energy Relationship Manager with relevant B2B and project management experience, who will identify and develop business opportunities consistent with Optima\u2019s long-term strategic goals.
