After all, it takes quite a lot of knowledge and understanding to be able to manage other employees. Another possible scenario is to join a call center and work first in introductory roles, and then gaining the necessary experience to become a manager will allow you to be promoted to this position. In our experience of working with our company, Optima mostly promotes from within.
