trabajo: c\u00f3mo reconocerlo y prevenirlo - Medidas en Optima<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a98ecd9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-end=\"330\">Mobbing<\/strong> es un fen\u00f3meno negativo en el lugar de trabajo que puede afectar gravemente al bienestar de los empleados. Hacerle frente requiere un esfuerzo conjunto de empleados y empresarios.<\/p><p data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"790\">Por un lado, los empleados pueden evitar que se perpet\u00faen estos comportamientos denunci\u00e1ndolos en una fase temprana. Por otra parte, el empresario puede combatir este fen\u00f3meno creando una cultura organizativa orientada a garantizar el respeto de la dignidad de todos los empleados para que se sientan c\u00f3modos, mental y f\u00edsicamente, en el trabajo.\u00a0<\/p><h2 data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"826\"><strong data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"826\">Qu\u00e9 es el mobbing<\/strong><\/h2><p>La palabra \"mobbing\" procede del verbo ingl\u00e9s \"to mob\", que significa atacar. Este verbo tambi\u00e9n se ha utilizado en rumano para definir una pr\u00e1ctica que no es nueva: el acoso a una persona o grupo de personas en el lugar de trabajo por parte de otros miembros del colectivo.<\/p><p>Podemos caer en la tentaci\u00f3n de pensar que el acoso s\u00f3lo se da en ni\u00f1os o adolescentes que no han madurado lo suficiente como para gestionar adecuadamente sus emociones.\u00a0<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1253\"><strong data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1253\">C\u00f3mo se manifiesta el acoso<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1319\">Los signos de acoso pueden adoptar muchas formas. He aqu\u00ed algunos ejemplos:<\/p><p data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1319\"><strong data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1344\">\u27a1\ufe0fAgresiune f\u00edsica:<\/strong> Violencia de naturaleza f\u00edsica, confiar a la v\u00edctima tareas peligrosas e insalubres, agresi\u00f3n sexual.<\/p><p data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1533\"><strong data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1448\">\u27a1\ufe0f\u00cengr\u0103direa derecho de expresi\u00f3n:<\/strong> Se excluye a la persona de las discusiones o se le interrumpe en las conversaciones para limitar su derecho a expresar su opini\u00f3n; si la v\u00edctima consigue expresar su opini\u00f3n, se le hace parecer que sus opiniones son err\u00f3neas y\/o innecesarias.<\/p><p data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1606\"><strong data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1558\">\u27a1\ufe0fAtac por persona:<\/strong> Hay un intento de intimidar a la persona, el agresor amenaza y se dirige a la persona de forma negativa y agresiva<\/p><p data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1754\"><strong data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1640\">\u27a1\ufe0fDiscreditare profesional:<\/strong> Asignar trabajo por debajo del nivel de competencia exigido para el puesto, imponer tareas humillantes o poco profesionales, criticar constantemente el trabajo del interesado y no reconocer el rendimiento o los m\u00e9ritos cuando proceda.<\/p><p data-start=\"1756\" data-end=\"1839\"><strong data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1785\">\u27a1\ufe0fDesconsiderare p\u00fablico:<\/strong> Denigra la imagen de la persona ante sus colegas.<\/p><p data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1902\"><strong data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"1855\">\u27a1\ufe0fIzolare:<\/strong> La persona queda sistem\u00e1ticamente excluida del colectivo.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"1949\"><strong data-start=\"1912\" data-end=\"1949\">C\u00f3mo prevenimos el acoso en Optima<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"2079\">La mejor manera de combatir el acoso es la prevenci\u00f3n. En <strong data-start=\"2017\" data-end=\"2027\">Optima<\/strong>aplicamos medidas claras para proteger a los empleados:<\/p><ul><li>Promover un entorno de trabajo positivo mediante pol\u00edticas y procedimientos dise\u00f1ados para apoyar a los empleados;\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Organizar talleres para concienciar a los empleados sobre el acoso laboral y la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos;\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Revisiones peri\u00f3dicas, tanto en grupo como individuales;\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Promover proyectos basados en la cooperaci\u00f3n y no en la competitividad;\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Facilitar material de apoyo sobre el acoso laboral;\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Proporcionar un protocolo claro sobre c\u00f3mo tratar el acoso en el lugar de trabajo: la direcci\u00f3n donde denunciar cualquier caso de acoso;\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Ofrecer una mediaci\u00f3n imparcial a las partes en conflicto;\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Respetar la confidencialidad de las personas que denuncian tales abusos;\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Adopci\u00f3n inmediata de protocolos disciplinarios definidos por la pol\u00edtica y seguimiento para garantizar que las medidas disciplinarias han cumplido su prop\u00f3sito.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2776\" data-end=\"3009\">La prevenci\u00f3n del acoso empieza por la implicaci\u00f3n de todos. Si observas indicios de acoso psicol\u00f3gico en el trabajo, no dudes en denunciarlo.
