As\u00ed los operarios tendr\u00edan m\u00e1s tiempo para hacer lo que mejor saben hacer: hablar con la gente y resolver problemas complejos.<\/p><p><strong>El aprendizaje permanente no es s\u00f3lo cosa de ni\u00f1os<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00bfSabe que los ni\u00f1os aprenden cosas nuevas cada d\u00eda? Pues los teleoperadores deber\u00edan hacer lo mismo. Organice entrenamientos regulares, sesiones de coaching, cualquier cosa que les ayude a mejorar en lo que hacen. Ayude a sus operadores a organizar su tiempo de forma eficiente. Utiliza algunas aplicaciones de gesti\u00f3n del tiempo o ens\u00e9\u00f1ales a hacer listas de tareas que realmente funcionen. Como cuando hacemos la lista de la compra: nos ayuda a no olvidar nada y a no perder tiempo dando vueltas por la tienda.<\/p><p><strong>Haga de su centro de llamadas un lugar al que la gente quiera acudir<\/strong><\/p><p>A nadie le gusta ir a un trabajo que odia, \u00bfverdad? As\u00ed que haga todo lo posible para que sus operarios se sientan apreciados. Celebre sus \u00e9xitos, recomp\u00e9nseles cuando hagan un buen trabajo e integre a cada nuevo compa\u00f1ero. Un operario contento = clientes contentos.<\/p><p><strong>Escuchar lo que dicen los clientes (aunque no sea agradable)<\/strong><\/p><p>Las opiniones de los clientes son como un espejo: a veces nos muestran cosas que no queremos ver, pero otras nos ayudan a mejorar. Anime a sus operadores a escuchar atentamente lo que dicen los clientes y a utilizar esta informaci\u00f3n para mejorar los servicios.<\/p><p><strong>Apunta a las estrellas (pero recuerda mantener los pies en el suelo)<\/strong><\/p><p>Establezca objetivos ambiciosos para su equipo, pero aseg\u00farese de que sean alcanzables. Como cuando te propones correr una marat\u00f3n: empieza con carreras cortas y aumenta gradualmente la distancia. Haz un seguimiento de los progresos de tu equipo y celebra cada victoria, por peque\u00f1a que sea.<\/p><p><strong>En conclusi\u00f3n...<\/strong><\/p><p>Un centro de llamadas productivo no consiste s\u00f3lo en procesar el mayor n\u00famero posible de llamadas.
