Dans un environnement bien organis\u00e9, elle commence par la v\u00e9rification des tics du syst\u00e8me et par une vision claire des priorit\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Certaines demandes sont simples : acc\u00e8s bloqu\u00e9, r\u00e9initialisation du mot de passe, application qui ne d\u00e9marre pas. D'autres sont plus obscures et n\u00e9cessitent un peu d'investigation. Votre r\u00f4le est de comprendre le probl\u00e8me, de poser les bonnes questions et de le formuler correctement.<\/p><p>Vous n'avez pas besoin de tout savoir.
