Position: Recruiter

Location: Bucharest, Iasi, Brasov

Key Responsibilities:

  • Volume Recruitment: Manage and execute high-volume recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screening: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Hunting:
  • Interviewing: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Reporting: Maintain and report on recruitment metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Client Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in high-volume recruitment, preferably in the BPO and offshore call center industries.
  • Hunting and Sourcing Skills: Proactive Talent Hunting & Networking
  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to drive decisions.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
