Position: Recruiter
Experience Level: Minimum 2-3 years in volume recruitment
Location: Bucharest, Iasi, Brasov
Key Responsibilities:
- Volume Recruitment: Manage and execute high-volume recruitment processes efficiently.
- Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Screening: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Hunting:
- Interviewing: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Reporting: Maintain and report on recruitment metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement.
- Client Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in high-volume recruitment, preferably in the BPO and offshore call center industries.
- Hunting and Sourcing Skills: Proactive Talent Hunting & Networking
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to drive decisions.
