🧾 Role description:

Are you passionate about recruitment and enjoy working in a dynamic environment? Join our team in Brasov as HR Generalist with focus on volume recruitment and actively contribute to creating a positive experience for candidates and employees.

In this role, you will manage recruitment processes from A to Z, work closely with the HR team and department managers and have the opportunity to get involved in strategic HR projects.

🎯 Key responsibilities:

Complete recruitment process management for volume positions (advertisements, screening, interviews, feedback).
Work with managers to define requirements and fill vacancies quickly.
Update databases and manage HR documentation according to internal policies.
Support employees in their relationship with HR (information, guidance, solutions).
Involvement in projects such as onboarding, performance appraisals or employer branding initiatives.

✅ Requirements:

1-3 years experience in a similar HR role with a focus on volume recruitment.
Higher education in relevant fields: Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Management.
Good knowledge of labor legislation and selection processes.
Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
Solid knowledge of MS Office and English at medium/advanced level.
