🧾 Role description:
Are you passionate about recruitment and enjoy working in a dynamic environment? Join our team in Brasov as HR Generalist with focus on volume recruitment and actively contribute to creating a positive experience for candidates and employees.
In this role, you will manage recruitment processes from A to Z, work closely with the HR team and department managers and have the opportunity to get involved in strategic HR projects.
🎯 Key responsibilities:
- Complete recruitment process management for volume positions (advertisements, screening, interviews, feedback).
- Work with managers to define requirements and fill vacancies quickly.
- Update databases and manage HR documentation according to internal policies.
- Support employees in their relationship with HR (information, guidance, solutions).
- Involvement in projects such as onboarding, performance appraisals or employer branding initiatives.
✅ Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in a similar HR role with a focus on volume recruitment.
- Higher education in relevant fields: Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Management.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation and selection processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and English at medium/advanced level.
