That is why we are committed to protecting our information and that of our Clients and partners, to monitor, evaluate and improve the adequacy and effectiveness of this protection in terms of personnel, methods and assets, including hardware and software.
We ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of OPTIMA SOLUTIONS SERVICES SA and Clients' information under conditions of compliance with legal, regulatory and other assumed information security requirements, as well as under conditions of ensuring the functionality and availability of information assets, including hardware and software.
This is achieved by implementing and maintaining an information security system in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
The main objectives in the field of information security are:
- Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information circulated within OPTIMA SOLUTIONS SERVICES SA, including that belonging to other stakeholders (e.g. customers, suppliers, employees);
- Protect against a large number of threats throughout the information lifecycle to ensure business continuity, minimize risks and maximize return on investment and business opportunities;
- Identify, analyze and address information security risks to prevent or reduce undesirable effects and to achieve continuous improvement;
- Raising employees' awareness of their information security responsibilities;
- Developing an information security culture embedded in the organizational culture.
All employees have an obligation to protect the data and information with which they come into contact, as well as the technological resources allocated for their use, in an efficient, ethical and lawful manner. The tampering, breach, unauthorized disclosure or misuse of information and related resources constitutes serious misconduct that may result in administrative, disciplinary, contractual and legal sanctions where appropriate.
I believe that this policy must be communicated, understood and enforced through my personal engagement and that of all members of OPTIMA SOLUTIONS SERVICES SA, regardless of position.
